Welcome to our Brand New Destin Florida Vacation Home, “BAJA RETREAT” in the new community of “The Beach Retreat Cottages”. If you have high standards for your Destin Florida beach vacation, your search is over. This spotless, 3 bedroom 3 bath 1600 sq. ft. unit will serve a family or group up to 10 people.

You are only steps aways from the ocean and the pool.
Every item is here. A 3000 sq. ft. pool with a hot tub attached. The Master Bedroom features a King size bed and a whirlpool tub. The upstairs guest bedroom features 2 sets of bunk beds and its own full bath. The down stair guest bedroom features a Queen Size bed and a full bath attached. The home also has a full laundry with iron board and iron. The Kitchen is fully equipped and decorated. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Each bedroom has it’s own TV and DVD player. There is a CD stereo and a TV DVD player in the living room as well. The community of The Beach Retreat Cottages has 24 resort style homes with a Tuscan flair. It is a very nice area for a family vacation. The pool and beach are only steps away. We have a private entrance to the beach at our Destin Florida for rent by owner home. Our Destin Flordia rental "BAJA RETREAT" is available year around.

Master Bedroom: The Master is located on the second floor. There is one KING size bed. There is a full bath attached with a jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower. There is also a walk in closet and a walk out to a covered balcony. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is located on the first floor and has one QUEEN size bed. There is a walk in closet and a full bath attached. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom 3: THE BUNK ROOM. This room is located on the second floor and has 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a walk in closet and a full abth attached. Sleeps 4.

Sleeper Sofa: There is a sleeper sofa in the main living room. Sleeps 2.

We are located on Scenic Gulf Highway, which is nice and quiet...great for strolls or cycling. Everything you could possibly want to do is only minutes away. The nation's largest all designer outlet mall, Silver Sands, is just down the road, Big Kahuna's Waterpark (which is great!) is just a minute drive, as well as a 14-screen Rave multi-plex cinema, go carts, miniature golf, the all new Destin Commons luxury shopping center and, of course, the many extraordinary golf courses that bring golfers from everywhere to the Destin area. There are so many great restaurants nearby that I can't even list them all. You can walk to the famous beachfront Pompano Joes restaurant, Wahoo's Oyster Bar, The Whales Tail and Captain Dave's Seafood. We have all our rates here on the site.
